The core team of the company is based in New Delhi Head Office. Our wider team is spread across India with regional representatives in cities such as Jodhpur, Jaipur, Moradabad, Varanasi, Bangalore and Karur who are enablers in their own right.
Anil Chadha
Founder
Anil is a specialist in his field and holds a vast and rich experience of over 35 years. He has led various teams in his career trajectory and has laid foundations for a few organizations as well. He is a familiar face in various national and international export exhibitions. In his past roles, he has dealt with clients from markets such as the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, Australia, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
When not at work, he can usually be found playing with his pets and strays, backpacking to adventurous places and putting on his creative hats to develop new designs.
Aarushi Chadha
Creative Strategist
Aarushi is a double graduate and completed her design degree from Parsons School of Design. Her previous experience as a designer gives her an edge over others to better understand the client's expectations and her passion for creativity is always pushing her to develop new designs. She's very detail oriented and likes to be thorough with her work.
A sports enthusiast, you'll either find her on court playing basketball or spending time in nature.
Sanjiv Rawal
Operations & Logistics Manager
Sanjiv holds a dual masters degree in business administration and history. In addition to this he has done a post graduate diploma in mass communication and a certificate course in export marketing. With a rich experience of 35 years, he has contributed a lot to the firm and plays a vital role in its growth. He heads the logistics functions and oversees shipping documentation and remittances. He has an affinity for details and can easily spot errors, if any. He believes in meticulous execution and encourages teamwork and time management.
A minimalist at heart, he loves to read non fiction books and feeding small birds.
Ramandeep Kaur
Merchandising Manager
Ramandeep holds an advanced diploma in fashion and a degree in business management. She is an expert in what she does and keeps pace with the latest fashion trends to cater duly to the required customized product range. She also has a thorough presence in home decor and is always on the go to look for innovative and out of the box working ideas.
She is a cheerful person and helps her army with great zeal and experience of a decade. She loves to do gardening and reading facts.
Samridhi
Merchandiser
Samridhi holds a degree in computer science and plays a significant role in growth of the company. Her forte lies in sampling and product development. An enthusiastic individual, she is always looking for new styles to adapt to her working environment. One can always see her full of zeal and enthusiasm.
When not working, she loves to spend fun time with her friends and family, traveling and exploring new places.
Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar is a B.Tech graduate. His academic concentration may lie in technical skills, but his creativity and interest for home decor has steered him to pursue a career at DSE. He is a great conversationalist and loves to socialize.
A sports lover and a talented singer, Manoj brings a lot of strength to the overall organization.

With an educational experience in business management, Ramakant plays an important role in product management and sampling. His attention to detail and quick grasp over numbers helps him optimize results, and his eagerness to learn lets him find out of the box ideas to resolve problems.
When not at work, you'll find him either playing chess or reading books.
Jagmohan Awasthi
QA Manager
Jagmohan has been working in quality assurance for more than 30 years. Previously, he has worked as a management representative of the ISO 9001-2000 standards team in a glass processing unit. His expertise includes process quality control, physical and chemical testing of aluminum metal, silicates mirrors, insulating glasses & toughened glasses. He has a rich experience in quality stage inspections of different types of hard goods and textiles. He is a key contributor to QA performance of the company and leads the team proudly.
He is a sports enthusiast and loves to participate in social work.
Chacko VK
Senior QA
Chacko has contributed to quality assurance for more than 3 decades and holds a degree in industrial manufacturing. He plays a vital role in product development and ensures the requirements of the clients are fulfilled. He specializes in garments and conduct multiple product inspections and sample approvals for the same. Working with the product from start to end, he closely monitors smooth execution of the manufacturing process. His methodology involves timely production of goods and absolute transparency in service.
When not at work, he loves spending time with his family and friends.
Suresh Kumar Vishnoi
Senior QA
Suresh has an exemplary drive and zeal to meet the tightest of schedules. He immerses himself in quality inspections and has developed an eye for detail. He is deeply devoted to any work he is assigned and makes sure it is up to the mark. With rich experience in his hands, he has evolved remarkably over the years.
An artist by heart, he continues to carry forward his family tradition of wood carving and furniture painting.

With an incredible experience in the home trade, Arun plays a vital role in the quality management of our products. He makes it a point to be thoroughly involved in the production process from start to end and closely monitors the timely execution of the shipments. Highly dedicated, he's always on his toes and never shy away to help others. ​

Mohit Kumar Singh

Mohit holds a rich experience in the field of quality testing and assurance. He has dedicated a long span of time in the trade and specializes in on-sight inspections and audits. He is known for his vast knowledge in the metal category and even without a formal education he has developed a niche in this profession.
In his free time, one can easily find him listening to diverse genres of music.
Sunil Kumar Gupta
Financial Controller
Sunil holds a masters degree in commerce and holds a rich experience of 25 years. His forte includes financial analysis, reviewing accounts and implementation of control measures. He is spontaneous in his observations and comes up with unique solutions. Sunil is undoubtedly one of the most hardworking employees in the organization.
